Italian Master Marathon Championship 2026
February 21–22, 2026 | Lavarone – Alpe Cimbra
The Millegrobbe was established at the end of the 1970s as an event spread over three days. It was conceived by Enzo Merz together with the then Tourist Promotion Company of Alpe Cimbra, and for a long time it has been one of the most prestigious and representative appointments in Trentino Nordic skiing.
Over the years, Millegrobbe has combined competitive spirit, territory, and passion, becoming a reference point for athletes, enthusiasts, and local communities. Today, with Millegrobbe 3.0, the event is renewed in format and vision, while keeping its original spirit intact and projecting it into the future.
The two days in Lavarone – Alpe Cimbra celebrates the great tradition of cross-country skiing through the Italian Master Marathon Championship 2026, accompanied by the Mini1000Grobbe, designed to engage the new generations and broaden the participatory dimension of the event.
Millegrobbe 3.0 and Mini1000Grobbe now represent a two-day Nordic skiing event of national significance, capable of uniting tradition and innovation in the heart of Alpe Cimbra.
For the first time in the history of the event, it hosts:
- the Italian Master Marathon Championship in skating technique
- a Zonal Qualification (QZ) in skating technique dedicated to youth categories
Hosting the great sporting event is the Millegrobbe cross-country ski center
