From November 28, 2026, the Lavarone Christmas Market returns for its sixth edition, in the splendid setting of the historic center of Bertoldi veci, in the heart of Alpe Cimbra, in Trentino.
A fairytale place, where time seems to have stopped and every corner tells ancient stories, kept between stone walls and porticos that once housed rural life.

A village dressed for Christmas
The village of Bertoldi veci transforms into an open-air nativity scene: soft lights, wooden houses, cobbled alleys, and ancient “faces” adorned for the feast. Here, dozens of exhibitors offer local crafts, typical Trentino products and unique gift ideas: decorations for the Christmas tree, wooden crafts, artistic ceramics, handmade jewelry, and gastronomic delights of alpine tradition.
As visitors stroll among the stalls, they can be enveloped by the scent of mulled wine, cinnamon, freshly baked strudel, and also taste hot strauben, steaming canederli, and creamy polenta, along with Christmas sweets and hot chocolate.
