Food festival and competition featuring Potato Polenta!

Returning for the 6th Edition is the food festival and competition dedicated to Potato Polenta.
12 participants will compete to prepare the best potato polenta, which will then be judged by the Brotherhood of Potato Polenta.
The competition is open to everyone, from individual citizens to agritourism businesses and restaurants in the province of Trento.
Besides being a culinary competition, it is also a convivial festival with music and tastings of typical local products.
