On August 29, 2026, Lavarone becomes the beating heart of the Italian triathlon.
After three editions of steady growth, the Italian Triathlon Federation once again chooses Alpe Cimbra for a remarkable event: in addition to the National Cross Circuit stage, Lavarone will host the Italian Youth Triathlon Cross Championship.
A day that smells of challenge, talent, and future.
SCHEDULE:
- In the morning, at 10:30 a.m., the Youth A (14-15 years) will kick off the races with 300 meters of swimming, 6 km of MTB, and 2 km of running, entirely by the lake area and in multi-lap mode: an engaging format designed to allow the audience and families to experience every moment up close.
- At 2:00 p.m., the competition on the standard distance will take place: 750 meters of swimming, 15 km on MTB, and 5 km running. The Italian titles for Youth B and Junior will be at stake, while for Elite and Age Group, the race will award crucial points for the XC Italian Triathlon Circuit.
Not just a championship: for the youth categories, it will also be a selection trial for the National Team, already looking toward the World Championships in Abu Dhabi.
Sport, adrenaline, and passion come together between lake and nature: Lavarone is ready to ignite the summer of 2026.
