On July 11, starting at 6:00 PM, the center of Folgaria transforms into a large open-air restaurant with the traditional Farmers' Dinner!
The restaurants and taverns of the town are waiting for you along the streets of the center to let you taste the most authentic dishes of Trentino tradition, in a convivial atmosphere rich in scents and flavors of the mountains.
The absolute stars of the evening will be the typical products of the territory and Trentino cuisine: canederli, carne salada, tortel di patate, speck, Vezzena cheese, Tonco del Pontesel, orzetto trentino, and to conclude on a sweet note, strudel and Sacher. All accompanied by local wines, craft beers, and fragrant grappa… the choice is yours!
A traditional and joyful event, with a parade through the town followed by the engaging concert of the Folk Band of Folgaria.
Starting at 6:00 PM, the magic of Alpe Cimbra is enriched by the presence of beautiful ponies: a unique opportunity for young and old to take a pleasant ride and experience a special moment in contact with nature.
There will be folk music, traditional games, entertainment for all ages, for an evening dedicated to the most genuine tradition and fun in true Trentino style.
