On July 11th, starting at 6:00 PM, the center of Folgaria transforms into a large open-air restaurant with the traditional Farmers' Dinner!
The restaurants and taverns in the town are waiting for you along the streets of the center to let you taste the most authentic dishes of Trentino tradition, in a convivial atmosphere rich in the aromas and flavors of the mountains.
The absolute protagonists of the evening will be the typical products of the area and Trentino cuisine: canederli, carne salada, tortel di patate, speck, Vezzena cheese, Tonco del Pontesel, orzetto trentino, and to conclude with sweetness, strudel and Sacher cake. All accompanied by local wines, craft beers, and fragrant grappas… the choice is yours!
A meeting dedicated to tradition and joy, with a parade through the streets of the town followed by the engaging concert of the Folk Band of Folgaria.
From 6:00 PM, the magic of Alpe Cimbra is enriched by the presence of beautiful ponies: a unique opportunity for young and old to enjoy a pleasant ride and experience a special moment in contact with nature.
There will be folklore music, traditional games, animations, and entertainment for all ages, for an evening dedicated to the most genuine tradition and fun in Trentino style.
