One of the most anticipated autumn events returns to Alpe Cimbra: La Dispensa dell’Alpe, scheduled for Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 2026, a large market exhibition dedicated to local agri-food products, rural culture, and mountain craftsmanship, held at the PalaFolgaria.
An event that celebrates the authenticity of Trentino, highlighting local production and the work of those who, with passion and dedication, preserve the traditions of the mountain.
A journey through taste, tradition, and sustainability
Over 60 stands featuring farmers and artisans will enliven the heart of Alpe Cimbra with an extraordinary market exhibition that will also host the Mercato della Terra.
Visitors will be able to discover and purchase zero-km products, Trentino specialties, and authentic handcrafted items, following a path that tells the story of the richness and diversity of the Alpine territory.
There will also be children’s workshops, interactive experiences such as “Hands in the dough” to learn how to prepare canederli and strudel following true Trentino tradition, and meetings with local producers who will share stories of life and passion for mountain agriculture.

La Dispensa dell’Alpe will also offer the opportunity to experience the area through guided activities and experiential itineraries:
