On Alpe Cimbra, the Torchlight Procession of the Historic Ski School of Folgaria on Monday, February 16th at Costa di Folgaria is a journey through time, an emotion that warms the heart in the magic of the snow illuminated by fire.

NEW 2026 - Live music with the Berserkers and Fire Show!
The ski instructors will dress up as pioneers of alpine skiing, wearing wooden skis, handmade wool sweaters, knickerbockers, and a wooden pole, to evoke the origins of this sport and its deep bond with the mountains and Alpe Cimbra. An authentic dive into the past, amidst the charm of tradition and the thrill of a special night. And for those who watch the instructors descend the icy slope, it's natural to wonder: how do they not freeze? How do they not fall? The answer is simple... passion and skill that distinguish the Maestri di Scuola Italiana Sci e Snowboard Folgaria
Children, with eyes full of wonder, follow the glowing parade, becoming part of a dream that ignites in the winter night. The crackling of the fire, the crunch of the snow beneath the skis, the warmth of the gathered community: everything merges into a magical and timeless atmosphere.

Evening Program
- 8:00 PM – Gathering for participants in the torchlight procession
- From 8:30 PM – DJ set and light show to warm up the atmosphere
- 8:45 PM – Departure of the Carnival Torchlight Procession dedicated to children in costume
- 9:00 PM – Performance by the instructors of the Scuola di Sci di Folgaria with historical skis and equipment, followed by the grand torchlight procession
