- 9:00 AM: Opening of the competition office and collection of bib numbers at the Ice Palace in Folgaria (TN)
- 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: OPENING TECHNICAL CONFERENCE at Don Bottea Hall in the Sports Hall in Folgaria
- 6:00 PM: Opening ceremony of the 40th Edition of the Championship (parade through the streets of the village, greeting of the authorities, raising of the flag and lighting of the tripod) in Folgaria (TN)
- 8:00 PM: Dinner for athletes and musical entertainment at the Ice Palace in Folgaria (TN)
Friday, January 30, 2026:
- 7:00 AM: Opening of the competition office and collection of bib numbers at the Ice Palace in Folgaria (TN)
- 7:00 AM: Opening of the lifts for reconnaissance on the slopes
- 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM: Reconnaissance for the Giant Slalom race
- 9:00 AM: GIANT SLALOM RACE for all categories on the slopes in loc. Fondo Grande - the second run will then be held for the top 30 qualifiers
- 4:45 PM: At the conclusion of the slalom races, there will be an award ceremony in loc. Fondo Grande
- 7:00 PM: NIGHT SKI MOUNTAINEERING RACE starting from the Serrada slopes, followed by a pasta party and award ceremonies in loc. Fondo Grande
Saturday, January 31, 2026:
- 7:00 AM: Opening of the competition office and collection of bib numbers at the Ice Palace in Folgaria (TN)
- 8:30 AM: SNOWBOARD RACE at the Passo Coe slopes
- 9:30 AM: CROSS COUNTRY RACE at the Passo Coe cross country center
- 2:00 PM: Award ceremonies for snowboarding, cross country, individual combined, Command trophies and presentation of the trophy - Greeting of the authorities - Lowering of the flag and closing of the Championships in Piazza Marconi in Folgaria - Passing of the baton to the organizing Command of the 41st Edition
