On December 12, Alpe Cimbra prepares to welcome Santa Lucia, one of the most beloved figures by children, with special events that intertwine tradition, festive atmosphere, and moments to share with family.
From Folgaria to Bosentino, up to the Christmas Markets of Lavarone, the territory will come alive with initiatives dedicated to both young and old, to celebrate one of the most awaited occasions of the Christmas season together.
FOLGARIA
The event will kick off from the Som locality, where both young and old will gather to begin an enchanting walk together, accompanied by the excitement of meeting Santa Lucia and her inseparable and lovable little donkey.
Step by step, amid the winter landscapes, the anticipation for their meeting will grow. At the end of the walk, in Piazzetta Villa, in front of the Hotel Alpino, participants will be welcomed with a steaming hot chocolate, to conclude the afternoon in good company.

SERRADA
In Serrada, the magic of Santa Lucia will be sparked by a suggestive lantern parade: the meeting point is set for 5:00 p.m. at Plota, from where a walk illuminated by lanterns will head towards Piazza Santa Cristina.
Here, under the Christmas tree, participants will conclude the route with a sweet break featuring panettone and hot chocolate, sharing a moment of joy and celebration.

LAVARONE
At 6:00 p.m., Santa Lucia will appear among the stalls of the Christmas Markets in Lavarone, traveling through the streets and bringing a touch of wonder to the festive atmosphere.
An opportunity to stroll among the Christmas stalls and be surprised by the arrival of the Saint, experiencing one of the most enchanting moments of the day in a setting that smells of Christmas.

CARBONARE

In the afternoon of December 12, the streets of Luserna will come alive with a traditional parade dedicated to Santa Lucia, organized by the Pro Loco of Luserna – Vor'z Lånt Lusérn APS. The parade will start from Piazza Marconi and will involve young and old in a moment of celebration and sharing.
At the end of the walk, there will be a little surprise for the children: the distribution of little bags of sweets, a delightful thought to make the waiting for Santa Lucia even more special. The invitation is open to everyone to share an afternoon filled with tradition and joy!

BOSENTINO
In Bosentino, an ancient popular tradition will take center stage: the traditional strozega parade, which will accompany the arrival of Santa Lucia through the streets of the historic center to Piazza della Chiesa.
With its characteristic noise, the strozega will announce the passage of the Saint, renewing a custom linked to the memory and identity of the community, to be experienced together in a festive atmosphere.

VATTARO
In Vattaro, the celebration of Santa Lucia renews with one of the most characteristic traditions of the Christmas season: the strozega. The meeting is set for 5:00 p.m. in Piazza San Rocco, from where the parade will pass through the streets of the village, making its cheerful noise to announce the arrival of the Saint.
At the end of the parade, they will return to the square, where children will be awaited by Santa Lucia and her inseparable little donkey. A special moment, filled with tradition, wonder, and smiles, to together experience all the magic of this awaited celebration.
