With their imposing and mysterious appearance, the Krampus will return to conquer the Plateaus! Hand-carved masks, goat skins, wooden clogs, threatening horns, and the deafening sound of bells will accompany a spectacular parade through the streets of Folgaria and the Christmas Markets of Lavarone and Bosentino.
An ancient and fascinating tradition that has its roots in Alpine folklore: while Saint Nicholas rewards the good children, the Krampus are tasked with testing those who are a bit more mischievous.
During the parade, the Krampus will surprise young and old alike with sudden movements, shouts, and dramatic performances, creating an intense and engaging atmosphere where the charm of ancient customs meets the magic of Christmas.
