La Pendana restaurant, located in Serrada at the base of the ski lifts in the heart of Alpe Cimbra, has recently undergone a redesign and rebranding. Founded years ago by the Plotegher family, it continues to uphold the tradition of authentic Trentino cuisine under the leadership of the new generation, while also introducing fresh, modern dishes tailored to the ever-changing tastes of its guests.
The menu ranges from traditional dishes featuring local, farm-to-table ingredients—including cheeses from local dairies and meats raised in Trentino, such as game—to fresher, summery dishes that embrace Italian cuisine in general, while never losing sight of the deep connection to the region and the constant focus on the quality of ingredients.
Even the selection of sandwiches and quick bites is enriched with products that highlight the flavors and delicacies of local produce from our plateau.
The newly renovated dining room exudes the warmth typical of mountain huts, and the spacious outdoor areas—including a brand-new panoramic terrace—allow you to enjoy the surrounding natural landscape with views of the stunning mountains, including the Brenta Dolomites.
