We start with Trentino products and reinterpret them with a modern perspective: slow cooking, artisanal methods, wild herbs, and local ingredients become the guiding thread of a journey that changes with the seasons.
Our pastries follow the same spirit: desserts inspired by the scents of larch, mountain fruits, and honey from our beekeepers, designed to conclude the experience with lightness and emotion.
The wine cellar accompanies the journey with wines from Trentino and beyond, showcasing high-quality wineries that operate naturally and sustainably.
The restaurant is located within our Oberwiesen Rooms, Apartments & SPA accommodation, in a special setting between Folgaria and Lavarone.
Our hospitality project has grown around Malivi: rooms and apartments, each one unique, designed to make guests feel right at home; an intimate spa where you can find peace and quiet; and a breakfast made entirely with locally sourced ingredients that celebrates the plateau’s produce and our chefs’ homemade pastries every morning.
