A journey through taste, tradition, and sustainability
Over 60 stands from agricultural and artisanal companies will animate the heart of Alpe Cimbra with an extraordinary market exhibition that will also host the Earth Market.
Visitors will be able to discover and purchase zero-kilometer products, Trentino specialties, and authentic craft items, in a path that tells the richness and variety of the Alpine territory.
There will be workshops for children, interactive experiences like “Hands in Dough”, to learn how to prepare canederli and strudel according to true Trentino tradition, and moments of encounter with local producers, who will share stories of life and passion for mountain agriculture.
And for lovers of good food, a dedicated gastronomic area will welcome visitors with tastings of dishes and zero-kilometer products, to savor the genuine essence of Alpe Cimbra.
