Cooking Corn

Luigi Montibeller, Cook of the Slow Food Alliance, proposes an evening dedicated to cooking with the Trentino corn varieties, a convivial and in-depth moment, following the conference by Costantino Bonini, botanist from MUSE on January 21 at the Library of Lavarone.

Priority for reservations will be given to those who attended the conference on January 21.

Corn strudel with cheese filling, accompanied by red cabbage and lard

Corn cake

with glass of Trentino wine
