food and wine walk of 11 km along the Water Trail, between ancient mills and sawmills, through the villages of San SebastianoTezzeliCueli-LiberiCarbonarePrà di Sopra and Nosellari, immersed in nature, of simple level suitable for everyone and families with children. It is a journey into the past where the protagonists are not actors but the inhabitants of these villages, who open the doors of their homes and their faces, display objects belonging to their ancestors and tell, as only those who love their land can, anecdotes and true life stories.

Along the route, there will be "Tasting Points" where participants can taste local typical products made exclusively in Alpe Cimbra!

Visits will also be included, to the ancient "Mein" Sawmill, to Mill "Cuel" (which will activate its centuries-old wheel kissed by the "Vespoch") and along the hiking trail of the Nosellari Trenches.

Along the path, there are numerous display boards that tell the story of these places.

The culture of these ancient farms will be accompanied by the background sound of the Astico river. Colors and flavors will blend into a unique and pleasurable experience. Musicians, lace makers, and many characters living the alpine pastures will be encountered.

A unique event, rich in history, nature, and culinary delights, all to be discovered: for the 2026 edition, 1000 participants are expected who can start from San Sebastiano and decide how quickly to cover the entire route.

Maso Guez: Spreadable goat cheese

Perpruneri:  Yogurt and honey

Telder: Bread with speck, cheese, and cucumbers

Orbat: Melon

Cueli: Grilled polenta with lard

Villaggio alla Porta: Fruit skewer with strawberries and grapes

Carbonare – Playground: Spetzle with cream and speck

Capitel: Watermelon

Pra di Sopra: Flatbreads, mini-pizzas, and sangria

Nosellari: Luganega pasta, polenta, and sauerkraut
