Ristorante alla Segheria is housed in an old building that has been converted into a restaurant and is now one of the most iconic spots in Folgaria. Here, we highlight local products, reflecting a simple and authentic cuisine—the kind our grandparents used to make.
We make fresh pasta every day, prepare our own meats… and cook our own polenta.
The stockfish is soaked every (every!) week.
The strudel is handmade, using shortcrust pastry and Renette apples from Mezzomonte.
Together, we’ve created a menu featuring five appetizers, six first courses, six main courses, and a wine list with about fifty labels.
In short, come visit us: we look forward to seeing you.
