The Rossignol Piegacontest 2026 enters its final phase with the fourth and last competition period, dedicated to the Pieghe di Febbraio. From February 8 to 18, it will be possible to take part in the contest and compete for the Rossignol prizes by publishing the video of your carving turn on social networks.
The final phase of the contest also includes the last on-snow event of the season: the PIEGADAY in Folgaria, scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026 on the Alpe Cimbra, on the Salizzona slope in the Fondo Grande area. An event open to all skiing enthusiasts, designed to capture the best carving turns of the winter and to give everyone the opportunity to take part in the contest with a professionally produced video.
What is the PIEGADAY
During each of the four periods of the Rossignol Piegacontest, a PIEGADAY is organized: a special ski day during which a Neveitalia videomaker is present on the slopes to film the participants’ carving turns free of charge, making the video available by the end of the day for publication on social networks.
Four PIEGADAYs take place during the season, one for each period and in a different region:
•December 15 in Bardonecchia (Piedmont)
•December 28 in Pila (Aosta Valley)
•January 20 in Piani di Bobbio (Lombardy)
•February 12 on the Alpe Cimbra – Folgaria (Trentino)
No booking or participation fee is required: simply show up at the indicated meeting point, draw your turns and let the camera do the rest.
All participants who publish their video by the time the lifts close will receive the official Neveitalia gadget of the season as a gift: the exclusive magnetic bamboo wood bottle opener, perfect for hanging on the fridge or taking along to the mountain hut.
The gadgets will be distributed in the late afternoon in the Fondo Grande area, at one of the local venues recognizable by the Neveitalia flags displayed outside.
How to take part in the Rossignol Piegacontest 2026
The PIEGADAY is the easiest way to enter the competition, but it is also possible to participate by uploading your own video. The official participation methods are as follows:
•Create a video of your carving turn:

oor by using your own personal video
•Publish the video on the social network of your choice (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube), tag @neveitalia and use the hashtag #piegacontest
The best carving turns will be selected and evaluated by the jury of Rossignol National Instructors.
At the end of the contest, the Rossignol prizes will be awarded, including the Rossignol Forza skis.

On-slope filming: from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
During the scheduled time, the Rossignol and Neveitalia flags will be easy to spot on the slopes. Near the filming area, participants can receive technical tips and advice: anyone skiing through the Rossignol flags will be filmed and will receive their video to publish.

The PIEGADAY in Folgaria closes the event calendar of the Rossignol Piegacontest 2026 and allows participation in the final competition period.
Whether the goal is to win, improve technique or simply have fun, this is the perfect opportunity to become part of the largest carving celebration in Italy.
