Cappelletti Pizza e Cucina is a family-run restaurant in Folgaria that focuses entirely on the quality and authenticity of what is served.
Managed by the Cappelletti family, the restaurant places homemade pizzas and burgers at the heart of its offering, choosing the substance of a well-crafted product over passing trends.
Our work begins with the pizza dough. We use carefully selected flours from Italian artisan mills and always respect the timing of a long fermentation process to create a pizza that is light, flavourful, and easy to digest.
We never compromise on essential ingredients such as peeled tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella, nor on the toppings, which are sourced from trusted producers to ensure genuine flavour and consistent quality.
Our hamburgers are also entirely homemade. We bake the burger buns ourselves and source and prepare the meat through our trusted local butcher.
For appetisers and sharing platters, such as cured meat and cheese boards or carpaccio di carne salada, we use products from Alpe Cimbra. Whenever an ingredient cannot be sourced locally, we take the time to carefully select high-quality alternatives, ensuring that the standard of what we serve always remains high.
The atmosphere reflects that of a traditional mountain pizzeria: simple, genuine, and free from unnecessary frills. It is an informal place where guests immediately feel at home, where the priority remains the quality of the food on the table and the warmth of a family business that still puts its heart into its work.
