Cappelletti Pizza & Cucina is a family-run restaurant in Folgaria that focuses on substance. Run by the Cappelletti family, it places pizza and homemade burgers at the center of its offering, preferring the simplicity of a well-made, high-quality product.

Our work starts with the pizza dough: we use selected flours from Italian artisanal mills and respect the timing of a long fermentation to obtain a light and easily digestible product. We do not compromise on key ingredients such as peeled tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella, which we select from some of the best Italian producers to guarantee an authentic flavor. We carefully research and combine the best products to create the right balance of taste, always paying attention to local (km0) ingredients.

The burgers are also entirely homemade: we prepare the bread in-house and work with meat from our trusted butcher. For starters, such as cured meat platters and carne salada carpaccio, we use products from the Alpe Cimbra area. When an ingredient is not local, we still take the time to source high-quality raw materials so that we never lower the standard of what we serve.

The atmosphere is that of a historic mountain pizzeria: simple, clean and without unnecessary frills.
