“La Caneva” is a family-run restaurant that has been passed down from generation to generation.
Tradition and flavor reign supreme at our restaurant and come together perfectly in our menu, creating a selection of delicious dishes including first courses, main courses, homemade desserts, and our fabulous pizzas.
You’ll find many dishes from the traditional Trentino cuisine, as well as some modern takes on the most popular ones.
Our restaurant is located in Costa di Folgaria, at 1,200 meters above sea level, at the foot of the ski slopes in winter and the golf course in summer.

Over the past 10 years, we have completely transformed both the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including the creation of a fully glass-enclosed veranda where you can enjoy our traditional and reimagined Trentino dishes, as well as exquisite pizzas made with the finest, carefully selected ingredients.
The restaurant is divided into three large areas, including: 2 central dining rooms with a maximum capacity of 70 seats—the heart of the restaurant: one room is located on a glass-enclosed veranda where you can enjoy the view; the other, more rustic room offers a view of our pizza-making process.
The outdoor wooden tables are designed to seat up to 50 guests and are perfect for enjoying our views and the mountain air while sharing an aperitif with friends.
