Agritur Galeno is located in Luserna, in the heart of Alpe Cimbra, a unique place where time seems to flow more slowly and traditions are still a living part of everyday life.

Luserna is one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy”, a small mountain gem where the Cimbrian language is still spoken—an ancient Bavarian-derived dialect that tells a thousand-year history of migrations, deep roots, and identities preserved with pride.

Here, guests do not come only to eat, but to experience the emotion of an authentic world, made of simple gestures, genuine passion, and respect for the land.

Agritur Galeno originates from our own farm and brings to the table everything we cultivate and raise with care every day: our meats, milk, eggs, mountain vegetables, together with carefully selected local Trentino ingredients. Everything is zero-kilometre, genuine, seasonal, and real.

From these products come dishes that tell the story of the mountains: traditional recipes, sincere flavours, carefully prepared yet never forced creations, where tradition meets contemporary sensitivity.

Each dish is the result of a cuisine passed down through generations, nourished by a passion for medicinal herbs, forest aromas, natural seasonal rhythms, and the rural culture of the highlands.

Everything is served in our welcoming spruce-wood stube, a warm and intimate space where the scent of wood blends with that of the dishes, the light is soft, and the view opens onto the mountains of Alpe Cimbra, creating an atmosphere that embraces guests and makes them feel immediately at home.

To conclude this journey of taste and emotion, a homemade dessert is a must: traditional sweets reinterpreted with creativity and contemporary sensitivity by Chef Stefania, who signs each finale as a small story of territory, memory, and inspiration.
