The Tale of God’s Peak (La Zima del Signor), Alessandro Padovani, Italy, 15' (short). Maria sets off to search for her sister, presumed dead, following the tale of Toni, an old drunkard, about a mysterious mountain where God appears. Together, they embark on a journey through the mountains in search of salvation.
The Presidents’ Tailor, Rick Minnich, Germany, 52’ (doc) (director present) Martin Greenfield learned to sew by mending shirts for the Gestapo in Auschwitz when he was fifteen, and later went on to make custom suits for American presidents and stars. This is the story of America's greatest tailor and the bespoke tailoring empire he left as a legacy.
