The Mountain 2050 journey continues and reaches the Cimbrian Plateau. An opportunity to share experiences, practices, and ideas that can help build a future where the mountain is not just a space to preserve, but a vibrant and inhabited place, capable of generating relationships, work, and culture.
The Mountain 2050 project was conceived with the aim of creating a participatory path that will touch various valleys in Trentino over the next few months. Each stop will be an opportunity to explore a different theme related to the mountain — from food to agriculture, tourism to energy, from school to cooperation — in an open and continuous dialogue.
The day will open at 10:00 AM with an introductory conference by Roberto Gualandri, representative of the Villages and Trails of Laga. The morning will conclude with a convivial lunch offered to participants, prepared by the Slow Food Chefs.
In collaboration with the Slow Food Community for the agro-cultural development of the Cimbrian Plateau, Pro Loco Nosellari, and APT Cimbrian Plateau.
