A mountain of ecology!
On Saturday, August 1, the center of Folgaria (Piazza Marconi) hosts the Green Kids Village, a special day dedicated to families, children, and all those who want to engage with the themes of respect for nature and mountain conservation in an engaging and fun way.
Throughout the day, workshops, creative activities, and entertainment moments organized by Alpe Cimbra will be offered, designed to raise awareness among young and old about the importance of adopting more conscious and sustainable behaviors.
Within the Green Kids Village, the Summer Eco Tour will also make a stop, the traveling village that energizes some of Italy's most renowned tourist locations with activities and initiatives dedicated to ecology and sustainability, involving the public directly.
Among the most entertaining proposals of the day is also "Games of the Past": a real dive into the past with many traditional activities designed to entertain both young and old as in the old days.
A special opportunity to learn while having fun, experience the mountain authentically, and discover together the value of sustainability.

12:00 p.m. – Piazza San Lorenzo - Let's build our little flowered picture – Workshop for children and families organized by APT
3:00 p.m. – Piazza San Lorenzo - Leaf Hunt – Workshop for children and families organized by APT
4:00 p.m. - Piazza Marconi - Summer Eco Cup: the quiz on nature and sustainability for little eco-heroes - organized by Ecology on Tour
5:00 p.m. – Piazza San Lorenzo - Let's build our little flowered picture – Workshop for children and families organized by APT
The Summer Eco Tour promotes:
- the spread of a green awareness
- personal and collective responsibility towards the planet
- more sustainable daily behaviors, learning to manage resources, reduce waste, and adopt responsible practices, even in the mountains
