An event that will transform the center of Folgaria into an open-air workshop, filled with the aromas and flavors of “the food of the gods.”
Three days of events! An edition rich in surprises and an unmissable opportunity to taste the best quality Italian chocolate and to get lost among the many refined creations, the result of the creativity and passion of the best Italian chocolatiers.
Additionally, there will be workshops for children, classes for the whole family, cooking shows, and much more!

Choco Baby: every day from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Workshop dedicated to children to learn how to make chocolates;
7€ per child; duration 15-20 minutes; no reservation required

Friday at 6:00 PM: Making the Folgaria praline with a typical local ingredient
Saturday at 3:00 PM: How is a praline born?
Saturday at 6:00 PM: making the record chocolate bar of 15 meters
Sunday at 3:00 PM: how is a Sacher born?
Chocolate Lessons
Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 12 PM: chocolate processing course for beginners; 30€ per person with mandatory reservation via email at info@chocomoments.it
