DELIZIE TRENTINE
In recent years we have participated in several fairs in the province of Trento and at the Artigiano in Fiera in Milan.
Founded in 2014, our company mainly sells typical Trentino products on behalf of small local producers of sweets and bread. For the Trento Christmas markets, we offer the unique “Treccia Mochena,” first created in the early 1990s by a baker in Canezza (Mocheni Valley) based on an old local recipe. It’s a niche product, and our company, which has exclusive rights to sell it, aims to bring it also to the Lavarone markets. Besides the classic version with custard and blueberry jam, there’s also one with chocolate and pistachio.
We also offer: the classic Strudel, shortcrust pastry Strudel, baked apples, Zelten (typical Trentino cake with dried fruit), handmade Christmas cookies, panettones, assorted cakes, Sacher cake, pretzels, bread, flour, fresh vacuum-packed “Strangolapreti” and “Canederli,” sauerkraut, radicchio, onions, jams, bottled Trentino water, fresh Trentino apples, dried Non Valley apples, apple juice in bags and bottles, hot apple juice, hot chocolate, mulled wine, and coffee.
