At the Brava Part, the celebration continues around the table, with a journey through the most authentic flavours of Trentino and Cimbrian tradition.
On Saturday, 26 September, in the heart of Folgaria, Piazza Marconi turns into a lively food area where you can taste traditional dishes, local specialities and mountain flavours in a festive atmosphere.
For those who want to enjoy an even more complete experience, restaurants, mountain huts and alpine dairies of Alpe Cimbra will offer menus and dishes inspired by the local cuisine.
On Sunday, 27 September, the food experience continues along the streets of Folgaria and in local restaurants, mountain huts and alpine dairies, accompanying the day of the Grand Parade.
At the end of the Brava Part, the celebration moves to Palafolgaria, where a large food area will be set up: the perfect place to get together, enjoy a meal and keep the festivities going.
On stage, the bands, choirs and folklore groups featured in the parade will take turns performing, while in the afternoon and into the evening the celebrations will continue with the lively sounds of Tyrolean music.
A grand finale filled with traditions, flavours, music and conviviality, to enjoy the Brava Part right up to the final toast!
