The Earth Market is one of the numerous projects developed by the Slow Food Community for the agricultural development of the Cimbrian Highlands, whose spokesperson, Graziella Bernardini, is daily committed to promoting knowledge of food supply chains and building a network among their protagonists.
In parallel with the producers' activities in the squares, in-depth meetings also continue at the municipal library of Lavarone: the next appointment, on April 7th, will be dedicated to the theme of fermented foods.
