The Slow Food Community for the agricultural development of the Cimbri Highlands presents the Fermented Foods in the Kitchen
Continues the convivial meetings following the conferences organized at the Lavarone library, informal moments designed to continue the discussion around the themes that emerged and to foster relationships between people and the territory.
In this appointment, the protagonists will be the ferments of Chiara Ballarino, producer of Trentino "Kimchi" in Canezza, alongside the preparations of Nonna Ponomarenko, in a dialogue between knowledge, traditions, and contemporary food practices.
