The hectic life is subjecting us to stress: you will be immersed daily in a reality modified by man very far from that of our ancestors who lived in close contact with Nature.
This imprinting has remained well rooted in us and the call of Nature and the connection with it is an essential part of our being.
The term Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) coined in the 1980s in Japan, represents a new form of preventive medicine supported by numerous scientific evidences.
Through sensory immersion techniques, one is able to slow down and come into contact with Nature by rediscovering one's equilibrium, reducing stress, improving mood and concentration and reinforcing the innate capacity for deep feeling.
You will spend two experiential days in the woods of the Alpe Cimbra practicing Shinrin Yoku and Coachng techniques for a return to Nature and a connection with our profound feelings, benefiting from the countless positive effects.
