Federal Dog sledding Center

Millegrobbe is the international capital of dog sledding

Did you know that dog sledding can be practiced not only in Canada or in the countries of Northern Europe?
In fact, you can experience this fascinating activity in Trentino too, precisely in Lavarone, in the location Millegrobbe.

Millegrobbe cross-country skiing center has become Federal National Sleddog Center (FIMSS Federazione Italiana Musher Sleddog Sport), with dedicated slopes for dog sledding, both on dirt trails and on snow. It is therefore year-round open.

Millegrobbe develops on a large flat land with soft little hills, which is perfect for practicing this sport: 60 sled dogs, together with expert mushers, will welcome you for exciting walks on dirt terrain or on the snow.

Fun is guaranteed for adults and children, during the day or at night.

Important national and international competitions are organized in Millegrobbe during the year, with thousands of dogs taking part in these great sports events. Veterinarians will take care of these four-legged athletes and a professional staff will look after their health and training, paying close attention to their well-being.
