Degustando l'Oltresommo - Tasting the Oltresommo (the Oltresommo is a part of the territory of the Alpe Cimbra) is a creation of the local associations of volunteers, who desired to collaborate, connecting the different parts of the Alpe Cimbra with a gastronomical adventure on the 14 July.

It is a gastronomic trekking of 10 km along the Sentiero dell'Acqua (Path of the water), between old mills and sawmills, through the villages of San Sebastiano, Tezzeli, Cueli, Carbonare e Nosellari. It is a relaxed walk, perfect for families.

Along the walk there will be some "Punti Goderecci" (food point), where the people will taste the local products made on the Alpe Cimbra of Folgaria, Lavarone and Lusérn: from the cheese Vezzena, to the local honey, from our salumi (cured pork meats) to the typical "focacce cimbre” (flat bread).

There will be guided tours to the Antica segheria dei "Mein" (the old sawmill Mein), to the Mill “Cuel”, fresh restored, and to the defense line of Nosellari.

Along the path, there are some notice boards, where you can read the history of these special places in Trentino, near the river Astico.
